we have some of the finest coaches in st. louis, why?  because a coach must learn from someone who knows more about soccer than they do.  our soccer club develops the individual coaches skills, which leads to better coaching of our teams.

respect

a player must respect their coach.  this respect comes from a positive relationship with their coach.  the coach must at all times act as a professional.

positive reinforcement

i believe in positive reinforcement as a motivational tool.  in order to do this, a coach must be patient, but persistent in their efforts to build up a player's self-esteem and motivate them to do the best they can.
